Hotel Grand Star is an independently run hotel in Davangere, built around a simple idea: look after guests the way you would look after family.
Our story
Who we are
Hotel Grand Star is an independently owned and run hotel in Davangere — not part of any chain. Reception is staffed around the clock, the restaurant serves multi-cuisine food from breakfast onwards, and the banquet hall takes weddings, receptions and corporate gatherings.
Our guests are business travellers who need a quiet night and a working desk, families in town for a wedding, and travellers breaking a journey along NH-48. Each of them needs something slightly different, and our job is to notice which.
We would rather be judged on the ordinary things than on a brochure: a clean room, a hot meal at whatever hour you arrive, a fair tariff, and someone at the desk who knows the answer.

- By 11 am. Late check-out on request.
- Identification
- A government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.
- Payment
- Cash, UPI, Cards, Bank transfer — all accepted at the front desk.
- Children
- Children up to 7 stay free when sharing the existing bedding. An extra bed is ₹1,500 per night.
- Pets
- Pets are welcome. Please tell us when you book.
- Cancellation
- Free up to 24 hours before check-in.
- Room service
- Available around the clock.
